surfaces, and you need a comforting voice telling that everything is

I have years of experience. In the 80’s when interest rates where at an
all time high and points were through the roof, I worked with sellers in
the Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and the Anne Arundel County areas.
My seller’s were more than satisfied and I received unexpected bonuses for
helping them through very trying times and achieving success for them at
settlement. I never assumed that the other agent had things under
control; I would always follow up and I made sure all matters were
being addressed. Times have been much easier since then, but with
recent events and the state of the economy, selling homes takes more
effort and perseverance. Helping sellers through this trying
