Anyone can put up a sign,
multiple list your property, and wait for a buyer to fall in his or her
lap. The hardest part of the real estate transaction starts after an
offer to purchase is signed. That’s when nerves tense and stress
surfaces, and you need a comforting voice telling that everything is under
control and being taken care of. You need confidence in that person. |

I have years of experience. In
the 80’s when interest rates where at an all time high and points were
through the roof, I worked with sellers in the Baltimore City, Baltimore
County, and the Anne Arundel County areas. My seller’s were more than
satisfied and I received unexpected bonuses for holding their hands during
very trying times and achieving success for them at settlement. I never
assumed that the other agent had things under control; I would always
follow up and make sure all matters were being addressed. |
